When will I get my order...

We ship your order through USPS or UPS within 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship from California so the transit time will depend on your location but it should be within 1-4 days. 

 

Where can I find my tracking number...

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number in your email. You can also view your tracking information by logging in to your account. 

What is your refund/exchange policy...

Luxurly Apparel does not offer exchanges or refunds on items that are not in new condition. Returns are only accept for items that are new, unworn, and tags attached. Return shipping is covered by the customer. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
